This is Luo. He's pretty much a kitten, the only of his litter. He's scrawny in size, and hardly survived being born. He has wings like everyone else (Too lazy to draw the wings) But, they're sorta useless, as he cannot fly, and They're a bit too heavy for his own weight. btw he isn't blind, he just has blank eyes
