Her thumb is sewn on. She got it cut off once in a bar fight and she is a medic but she usually guesses when it comes to surgery and things she just sewed it back on with some black thread. She somehow got most of the nerves to start working again and after a while her bone healed but not entirely and even though most of her nerves are reconnected and functional not all are and she can't feel the tip of her thumb (based off of my hand. I once sprained it and it messed with my nerves and I have nerve damage on my right thumb and can't feel the tip of it when it touches something).
