It's eleven pm and I should be sleeping but instead I'm laying in bed trying not to panic asking the internet for help

I'm scared to even stay on this planet. I used to feel safe here. Not anymore. I don't feel safe anywhere I go. Once I get the chance I'm moving out of this state. I can't stay here anymore, I can't even stay on this continent. I don't feel safe anywhere anymore.

Is it normal to be fine and then one tiny thing happens and tour heartbeat is going faster than the speed of light? Is that common?

I don't even want to walk past my window..
