I had a panic attack at school today, Cried 2 times, and was bugged to death of why I was so sad. My mom wonders how I lost self esteem so easily over a year, However I don't know the answer to that myself. I didn't sleep well AT ALL last night, So I have to go to the doc to find out if I need to be put on sleeping pills. I cried in bed.
