LinkSo, all those animators their... Well you probably just saw those tutorials. However I never used to watch tutorials. Exactly, I'm self taught and here is a note to all of you 'Tutorial Lovers'. I started animation on scratch 2 years ago. Animation doesn't take 'Teaching', it takes 'Learning'. So don't blame me if you think I started animating on flipanim because I didn't. I started a long time before I joined flipanim, and thats why you think I'm bad. You think I'm bad for a 2 year animator, but you never learned for yourself. I started and got better, and better, and better. If you just take tutorials you're not learning for yourself.

LinkSame im a doing a Christmas anim soon before Christmas so watch it :)))))
I started animating with pivot a while back, then I stopped completely for 2 years, when I watched anime and saw these incredible animations I was inspired, so I just searched a random website to animate. I didn't look at any tutorials and am self-taught, the only thing making me try to improve is seeing the amazing people on this website or the ones in the anime industry. You can actually see how I improve when you look at my animations one by one until I... well, stopped animating completely because of the worst part in my life being present right now.
The way I see it is tutorials help a little but they seem to not make sense for me
