So he is from the same insane hospital Anahita is from because he has fire powers and stuff.
he is an orphan but he spent most of his childhood at the hospital because he was in a fire he started when he first found out about his powers and he caught his home and family on fire (On accident) and it killed them and he suffered bad burns and wounds from it
he luckily escaped the first hospital they had by burning it...
but then they made a new one and he was caught again

so he has shock bracelets on his arms and legs and a shock necklace from when he was at his insane hospital, and since his powers are really strong and they tie to his emotions, when he gets emotional it will shock him. And he can't get them off. but he hides them under his hoodie)
