LinkI made a dot, lowered the opacity a bunch, chose the paint bicker tool, and went over the dot about 7 times. Think I zoomed in a bunch.

LinkDid a dot with the pencil tool, used paint bucket tool and lowered the opacity bunch and clicked (or in my case tapped) on the dot a bunch.
