srry, my computer keeps powering off on me, srry its taking so long
*Purple Plume strides through the lush green forest, he's in his usual outfit, a red bow tie, top hat, and a dainty tuxedo, as an archaeopteryx, he's only about 3 feet tall and covered in purple feathers but he stands straight up like a human, his tail hanging low to the ground*
Sundial's black fur stood out in the forest. Her heart was pounding as she watched the watch grow tighter around her neck. Another hour had passed. She yelped as the chain pinched the back of her neck. Her silver wings fluttered with anxiety. She HAD to find it! She searched along the forest floor desperately.
All she wanted was just a small piece of evidence. She NEEDED to find the pocket knife. She needed it to save her soul. To save herself from burning in the fires of Hell. She wanted to go to heaven, to be reunited with her family.
*Purple Plume looked over at Sundial as she yipped, Plume darted up a tree like a lizard, the scurrying of his claws up the bark of the tree is heard*
Sundial froze in her desperate search at the sound of something. She turned around slowly, her yellow pupils darting around in fear. Her chest rose and fell quickly, as her breathing sped up. Her heart started beating faster and faster. Her tail swished nervously. She couldnt be seen. She was a DEMON at the moment for heaven's sake!
(she has yellow pupils and black where the whites of her eyes should be)
She felt as though she should run, but her paws were rooted to the spot.
*Plume poked his head around from the the side of the tree silently*
She screamed at the sight of a purple something poking around the tree a few paces in front of her. She stumbled backwards, and tripped over one wing, falling to the ground in fright. She closed her eyes tight, wondering what her punishment would be when she died again. This creature had seen her as a demon. They rulers of the overworld and underworld wouldnt be very happy with her.
Plume: madam, are you alright? *his voice is that of what you'd expect out of a fancy aristocrat, and his accent is very British*
Her eyes flew open at the sound of his voice. She felt very light headed now, and she noticed some blood dribbling from her head. She had fallen on top of a jagged rock, and it had busted open her head. She groaned in pain and frustration. She scrambled to her paws, still in a panic and in shock. She poised to take off if it tried to harm her.
Her watch dangled from her neck, ticking away. How much time had she wasted looking for the pocket knife?
*Plume scurried down the tree, he darted up to Sundial to investigate the wound*
She looked around, fear showing very clearly in her yellow eyes. She didnt want to say yes, but she knew she needed help, so she didnt say no. She just stood there. "I don't know. Do I?" She barked quietly. Her voice was very smooth and pretty.
Sundial flinched away from him, not knowing who he was. She trembled as anxiety took over her. "Aren't you afraid of me?" She asked quietly, her voice cracking with pain. Her head was throbbing and bleeding more heavily now.
Plume: the way you fell over when you saw me and the way you tremble like a frightened dog.
Ik, plume dun know that tho, he knows physical health not mental)
She looked at him, impressed by his bravery. He had just approached a demon to see if she had needed assistance. Most demons would have killed him and ate him for a snake. Infact, most demons wouldn't even be here in the living world. "But I shouldn't be one." She thought, but hadnt noticed she had mumbled it aloud as well.
She tried to tell herself that he wasnt going to do anything bad to her, and tried to calm down. But the more she thought about the situation, the more scared she got. Her fur began to bristle. Her head continued to bleed. Her black fur was shimmering from the blood around the wound.
She jumped at the sound of his voice, for she had been lost in thought. Then she realized what he meant. Her hears flattened against her head. "Oh no no no no no!" She yelped, panic engulfing her once more. She yelped as the chain from her watch pinched her again. She adjusted it hastily.
"Its nothing!" She snapped in reply, noticing she hasn't answered him. Her gaze darted away from him and back again. She shuffled her paws nervously, hoping he would take her lie as a truth. She had always been a horrible liar.
*Plume suddenly jumped up on his apparently springy legs and put the bandage on Sundail's cheek mid air, he landed without a sound*
*Plume looked at Sundial as if noticing this is probably a lie, he decides to trust her anyway and shrugs*
She jumped at the feel of his touch, and reached up with a paw to touch her cheek. There was now a bandage, stopping the wound from bleeding. It stung horribly.

She grabbed the watch with a paw. "Every 10 minutes....." She murmured. Her gaze darted to him, and she looked at his eyebrows, refusing to make eye contact. What else had he noticed? "How many times?" She growled, fear edging her voice. How much time had she wasted looking for the pocket knife?
(It jabs her neck every 10 min cuz it gets a tiny bit tighter)
She snapped her gaze away from his very interesting eyebrow and locked eyes with him. How had he guessed her unspoken question? She gasped out loud. Can he read minds?!?!?! She thought, beginning to panic and breathe heavily again. Her legs gave out from underneath her, so she just sat.
She continued to look at him, her mouth agape. "How did you know?" She managed to say.
Plume: The way you walked before you noticed me, you were treading lightly and searching, as though you were looking for something.
Her eyes narrowed as she looked more closely at him. "Have I seen you before?" She asked, her mind whirling.
She shook her head. "Well, I, uh, wasnt searching for anything. Nope. I mean! I was, uh, looking for something, but it isnt important. And why do you care about my watch!" She stammered, trying to cover up her lie with another question.
She was very confused. She was positive she had seen him before.
Plume: I know it's important, it's enchanted, I can see the aura *no aura is actually seen, but somehow I guess Plume is able to see magic*

Sundial wanted to trust him for some reason. He knew too much already for her to feel comfortable with him being alive. But she didnt want to kill him. And not just because she would definitely go to Hell if she did that, but because she kinda liked him.
She avoided the question by asking a question. "Whats your name? Im - " She paused. Did she really want to tell this stranger what her name was? There couldve been a newspaper or something about her death so he could recognize her name. Whatever. He knew alot already. "I'm Sundial."
Plume: I'm Sir Purple Plume, but just call me Plume, nice to meet you.
"You dont recognize me or anything in particular about me?" She asked nervously.
Plume: no, but they way you're acting it makes it sound like I should.
Plume: and you keep diverting from the question I asked about what you're looking for.
"Nope!" She replied hurriedly. She didnt want him to know she had died once. And that she was alive again, except with wings, horns, creepy eyes, and a cursed watch.
She sagged with relief at the fact he didn't recognize her name though. "Why do you want to know?" She asked Plume.
Plume: now, what are you looking for? I simple want to assist you.
Plume: whatever you're looking for is probably connect some how to your watch.
She looked away, thinking this over. "But how do I know you wont do anything questionable to me. Like take me to a science lab while "assisting me" so they can run experiments on me or something I dont have the time for?" She shuddered at the thought.
Plume; As science lab?! *he bellowed with laughter* Preposterous! I'd never do anything as vile as that.
Plume: well first off, I am not of this realm (or dimension), I am of Okkia, a destroyed realm, things like me roamed there, and yes, we were just as intelligent as anyone else.
Her pelt burned with embarrassment. "You never kn - " She broke off with a scream as the watch tightened around her neck, choking her for a moment before releasing a bit. It had tightened more. Another hour had passed by.
She took in several gulps of air, looking at the sky. It was nearly dark! She had to find somewhere to sleep for the night. She didnt want to leave Plume by himself though.
Plume: look into her eyes deeply, as though examining her soul, his pupils shrink slightly but they go back to normal size almost immediately, as if holding himself together, he tilts his head at the watch* I knew the watch was odd... I can help you. * somehow, he knows exactly what happened, but he's quite valiant about it, somehow he's unafraid, though he's unable to read minds, MAYBE HE'S A JEDI XD*
"Its getting dark." She announced. "Do you have anywhere to stay?"
"Okay. And how exactly can you help me? And why are you looking at me like that?!?" She looked away. She hated making eye contact. It made her feel uncomfortable.

"Wait, what?" Her voice shook. "No! I could never send you there! YOU would go to Hell! Y-You dont want to do that for me." She wondered how he even knew about that.
Plume: I would always come back here if I died, my soul is Okkian, one of few souls that can come back without a price

She shook her head. "No. I wouldnt be able to forgive myself. You would still experience at least two days of burning in Hell fire. You didnt murder those kids, okay?" Her voice was shaking, and she hadnt noticed she was yelling.
Plume: I would do it to get you out of trouble. A little pain doesn't bother me anymore

The clock squeezed her around the throat, choking her. "Im running out of time!" She wheezed, scrambling to find the pocket knife she needed.

Where is it! Panic flared through her for a moment, but after that, she felt icy calm. She turned to look at Plume as her legs buckled under her from lack of air. It was killing her. The watch was killing her. "Find the pocket knife." She mouthed to him. She was going to die a very slow death. The thought chilled her to the bone.
She shook her head. "No, you wont." She mouthed. She wanted to scream. She wanted to scream so loud about how it wasnt fair, how she had to die a second time. How her death had gone the first time had been far less painful, and much quicker. She had made sure of that herself.
Plume: WE WILL NEVER FIND IT! GO JOIN YOUR FAMILY! I SHALL TAKE THE BLAME AND SUFFER A SHORT WHILE! I CAN TAKE IT, SUN!
She suddenly found new strength, and she scrambled to her paws. She felt unsteady, but she ducked under every bush around the tree he had peeked around at her the first time. She remembered that it had been around that tree.
The watch held tight, and she turned away, looking still. Suddenly, her paw touched something. She quickly dragged it out. But horror engulfed her. It was the blade. HER blade. It still had blood stains on it. "NO!" She tried screaming. She turned around, knife in paw, and she stumbled forward. It dropped on the ground beside her. She felt so light headed. Everything hurt. Her lungs were screaming for air.
Plume: damn it! let me take the blame! you will suffer an eternity, I will only have to suffer a few days!
She looked up at Plume, her eyes growing dull. She scrabbled over to him, tears streaming down her face. She didnt want him to see the knife.
"But there's no evidence that you killed them. They would know it was a lie." She mouthed still icy calm, despite the fact that she was dying. Sundial reached out weakly with her wings.

She didnt want to seem like a coward by letting him suffer for her. But she didnt want to die over and over again in Hell.
*Plume falls to his knees, clutching her leg* Well... I won't let you suffer there alone, I guess I'll fess up to everything I've done...
Plume: Or if you let me take the blame, I could find my way up to heaven with you...
She nodded then. "Okay." She mouthed. "You can come with me to Hell." She stumbled over to him and hugged him tightly for how weak she was. She began clawing at her neck, trying to take in a breath, but she didnt let go of him.
(They have to go to Hell's court first to be released to heaven)
well... Plume is Okkian, he basically is a demon and and angel at the same time, or like a minor god, he can do whatever he wants when it comes to death)
She fell over sideways, dead, still clutching Plume. When she opened her eyes, they were in Hell, and she was still hugging him.
The God of death sat on his throne, taking in the sight, amusement dancing in his eyes. "Well well well. What did you drag back this time Sundial?"
*Plume sighs* I've been here a few times, honestly. *somehow, Plume had snatched the knife and was observing it with gloves and a magnifying glass, he chuckled loudly*
Plume: Sir, I believe you were mistaken to believe that she did this.
(She couldnt handle living after she witnessed the one person murder 3 kids)
(She didnt want Plume to know that. Thats why there might've been a newspaper article about her)
Plume, she couldn't have killed anyone else but herself with it
Sundial looked down. She had finally been released from the watch's curse. She collapsed on the ground, panting.
She sobbed at the fact that he knew now that she was suicidal.
The God looked down at them. "I see. Well, I guess she can go back to the living world. When she dies again, she'll go to heaven." The God snapped his finger, and she opened her eyes to being back in the clearing.
(u arent getting punished. The death God wouldnt punish Plume for something he didnt do)
*Plume hugged her tightly, his eyes sparkling like gold, he was happy*
(I rlly need to go to bed. I have finals tomorrow. Night! We can continue tomorrow.)

Sundial collapsed on the ground, her legs shaking. "Wow." She puffed. SHe sat bolt upright, looking around frantically for Plume. She gave a sigh of relief when she saw his purple feathers lying on the ground a few paces away from her. Then it hit her. She was getting ATTACHED to him. She couldnt get attached to anyone! She barely knew him!
Sundial glanced towards him. "Would you like me to fly you to your home?" SHe asked. She tried to spread her wings, but they wouldnt. She looked to her sides, and they were GONE! Her horns were gone too. She was NORMAl. Her fur bristled in alarm. She had already gotten used to the feeling of flight. And she loved it. Disappointment shone in her normal yellow gaze. (Her eyes have white instead of black now too. She is fully alive)
*Plume hugged Sundial tightly* I-I think I would have cried if I lost you to that... Place... *he whispers under his breath*
She wrapped her tail around him. She woudlnt hug him anymore due to the loss of her wings. Maybe in heaven. She thought.
Plume: hey wanna see sometin coooool? (It's not drugs I swear xD)
Her ears perked, but her yellow eyes were dull with tiredness. "Sure." She barked, stifling a yawn.
* Plume stands and traces a triangle in the air, a rip in the dimension (or rift) appears in the triangle, he expands it with his hands, making it large enough for them both to walk through* I'm Okkian, I got MAAAAAAGIC XD

Plume: a rift, it leads to my vault, where I keep all my stuff, but I use it as a house too
Her yellow gaze darted tom him and back to the weird hole in...... Nothing? She shivered. "Are you sure its safe?" She asked nervously, taking a step forward to sniff it cautiously.
*the smell of water and greenery permeates the air around the rift* Plume: it's perfectly safe! ^^
"Okay." She looked back at Plume. "Are we going in?" She asked, still not liking the idea.

She took a cautious step inside. When she poked her head through, she screamed, "Plume? Where are you!" She stepped through the rift completely.
*Plume is standing next to her, they stand in a large grotto, trees and moss and grass grow inside next to a freshwater spring that's crystal clear, large blue glowing crystals light the gave like it's daytime, the smell of the forest lingers in the calm air, tropical birds squawk in the distance*
*but instead of there being no ground only water, there is lots of ground but water almost everywhere*
She jumped as she felt him brush against her. The rift closed behind her as she stepped through. She gasped at the sight. "Woah. Its beautiful!" She whispered, gazing around. (brb, gotta take ag final)
"Why did you ever leave?" She gazed blissfully around. Her tail wagged a little bit. All of a sudden, a wave of exhaustion crashed down upon her. She staggered at the weight of it. She needed to sleep. She hadnt slept for days. She wanted to just curl up right there and close her eyes and sleep for a year.
"Ill be fine." Her murmured, swaying on her paws. Then it hit her. She couldnt ever go in public or see her living family. They ALL thought she was dead! They SAW her bloody, broken body. They KNEW she SHOULD be dead. "I cant go back!" She barked to Plume. "I cant! Im dead to them!"
Plume: there are a few other realms I know of, My favorite would be Agomera, in the continent Aerogoa I believe it would be safe for you.
Sadness entered her gaze. She crumbled to the ground with a moan thick with grief. She wanted to mourn for her lost family. She couldnt ever see them for the rest of her living days, until she died for a third time.
*Plume gestures to a patch of comfy looking moss* that's usually where I sleep, but you can use it if you like*
*Plume nuzzled her gently with his snout* I know you're sad about your family, I can find a way around this, it will all be okay, I promise
She shook her head. "No. You have been so kind to even bring me here. To help give my life back. I will sleep next to you." She padded over to the spot next to the moss and curled up. Despite her grief, she felt safe, and there was a warm fuzzy feeling inside of her that she hadnt felt anywhere but by her sister.
*Plume curled up in her fur, using it like a blanket, he fell asleep within seconds, with slight coos like a dove every once and a while*
She looked at him. "There isnt a way around it. Besides, None of them really loved me. No one but Alpine. I watched them "mourn" for me. None of them really cared except for Alpine."
She noticed he had fallen asleep. She laid down her head. It felt weird having him draped over her back. She had always slept alone. She liked the feeling of having someone there, knowing she wouldnt be alone. It made her feel safer. She drifted into sleep, her chest rising and falling gently. This was the first time she had slept in weeks.
*Plume wakes to her voice* well no one ever mourns me when I die, because they know I'll come right back, but it still hurts to die anyway...
"I would mourn you." She muttered in her sleep. "I would mourn for you every time."

*Plume wakes with a yawn and stretches, he bounds out of Sundial's fur and onto the ground*
Sundial jolts awake at the feeling of cold air ruffling the fur on her back. "Where am I?" She murmured. She couldnt remember anything from the night before other than being scared, in pain, and meeting Plume.
(The God erased the memories of having the watch, dying, and seeing Hell)
She snapped her gaze towards Plume. "What happened last night? Why are we here rather than still in the forest?" She interrogated.
Plume: I see you remember little, I'll give you a quick summary, I found you hurt in the forest, I bandaged you up, and brought you here, this is my home *Plume was obviously excluding the bad parts, trying not to make anything worse, but now he sounded slightly like a creep, he didn't care, as long as it kept her from remembering*
Sundial nodded. "I remember now. Thank you, Plume." She looked him up and down, feelings crashing on her like waves in the ocean. She trusted him, cared about him, LOVED him even. Why was she feeling this? He was just some guy she met the night before. She shouldnt be feeling this. He wouldnt like her for it.
