LinkI feel like I’m not improving at all and that it’s just getting worse.
It doesn't matter how bad your art looks it's how you use creativity my arts getting worse it's just by how much effort you improve
Like, I don't believe in bad art because art is art. Anything can be a masterpiece!
This might sound strange, but I'd recommend surrounding yourself in art you admire, and you can "borrow" or "test out" small pieces of other peoples style. If you like it, keep using it! If you don't, try something else!

For example, say I like the way @Blluestarlecat draws eyes. I can try and replicate just their eyes, and keep the rest of my own style. The more art you look at the more ideas you'll get, and them more you'll improve :)
