If you don't understand, one for all is a quirk that (probably) stockpiles energy to the one with the quirk.(What I heard on wiki). During my karate, I have more than once seemed to have done this, and then it kinda like, I don't know, made me faster at pushups. (If I actually have one for all, it's not very powerful now).
