isn't that fun, waking up thinking it's for school but no, it's a ****ing black figure that keeps looming over you're "sleeping" body while you feel terrified and vunerable as you realize that you can't move or make any noises. You feel like you want to vomit. It's a pain to wake up in cold sweat and terrified to leave your room.

I’ve never had sleep paralysis but I’m often scared I will when I fall asleep
for a short while for 2 months, i was scared to sleep. I ended having to drink some weird type of sleeping tea, it worked for a bit.
