Some info about her; like an actual phantom, Phantom Quartz can faze through walls, turn invisible, float, and like a normal quartz, she can spin dash, but can also combine her abilities. She also can control light, like create weapons, defense, and light sources. She's generally stoic, talking lightly, or whispering, and keeps a blank face most of the time. I forgot to put this in, but her gem's on her throat, and her weapon's a throwing knife. Backstory will come next animation, which might take a while.
