LinkOkay, You must work on the new editor.
First select a colour then, go to the colour palette located on the far right.
Click on it, now look for a bar with a checkered pattern with different levels of transparency. Then lower it to the transparency you would like. Then drag your colour to the very first space of the colour box, and colour! If it shows no transparency, then drag it to a higher transparency setting!
