A technique I sometimes use is to get in a comfy position, close your eyes and for every letter in the alphabet name a country/state. If you're still awake once your done, you can try doing it but with flipanim users
Yeah,but the hard part is my insomnia.i cant sleep on day and when i try really hard my head hurts alot
Possibly because i hide everything from my mother.
I dont wanna tell her that im poly but i really wanna get it off my chest but i got a doubt that if i tell my mom too late she'll be strict and mad like the way i asked her what she thinks about poly and said it was disgusting.
Also i feel live ive got my asthma back so when i sleep i always close my mouth but i start struggling to breathe even though i can breathe through my nose so i told my mother if we could check with the doctor but i haven't been there in a year so i imagine myself literally fainting in my room out of air
