Also my school I am in right now has a lot of stupid people. I am at a school for people who need help... And that are trouble makers.. My parents said I've always been the highest and smartest in my class so should I move to a better school? Its for "smart people like me" as my parents say. My mom works there too

Well since it is a good school for people with your intelligence and marks, perhaps i believe you should if it improves your education. You should be in an environment that has people like you.
If you do have bullies/Bad people, or have a hard time working then yes you should move.
If not.. no.

But, if you like the school you're currently in and you find nothing wrong with it, then I don't believe you really should.
But if you don't like the school you're currently in and you find something wrong with it, then I think you should move to a different school.
For your mental and physical (I don't know if you get physically bullied or not so Idk) health.
I'm not but my school is for people who need help and are horrible people. I don't know why I've been there since preschool. I'm happy there, yes but my parents think I deserve to be with intelligent people like me.

I've never moved schools. So I don't know what it's like and I can't help you, but here is the thing, just calm down and take a break from worrying about everything.
You'll surely make new friends if you made some at the school you're in now, and seeing how everything is going on right now in your life, I think you deserve to take a break and create a fresh start. And it doesn't matter what other people think. You're an awesome person and nobody can tell you otherwise. At least one person in the entire world will always be smarter than you so don't worry about being smarter than everyone else. If you parents would be disappointed because you weren't as smart as THEY wanted you to be then i'm really sorry but they aren't very good parents. They are supposed to support you no matter what. And everyone is a little weird and silly. Even I am. I'm not the best at helping people, and I hesitate when I feel like I have to so i'm not a professional but you need to try something new. It's good for you!
