Your work is pretty good, I think it is all up to practice. You have a bit of same face syndrome, try experimenting with different head shapes, use frame sketches to get better proportions. You are at a place in your art where you should just experiment and improve, as you develop more your art will improve also. You are good at facial expersion and body language, and you don't always draw in the same pose, which is good, as lots of people end up drawing portrait over and over.
