so tomorrow my family & I are going to my grandparents house and anxiety is deciding to kick me in the ass. saying im on my period annnd we stay for most of the day, and i don't like going in / using bathrooms out of my house for sorta anxiety reasons again (idrk, i just get anxious doing so, im always afraid people will hear whatever im doing)
