It could possibly be a cyst, or an abscess, if it's painful I don't reccomend putting ice on it at first Is it just red? Or do you see yellow at all?

Alright, that's good, if it showed any sign of puss or anything I'd be a bit more concerned It also could be the effect of heat, behind your ear is a place your body can't really regulate it's temperature, I'd say give it a few days, if it doesn't go away I'd see a doctor, just in case But it doesn't sound like anything to worry about, if you start feeling sick at all because of it tho I'd tell your parents or an adult
