ok so basically whenever you see a jester or clown character on flipanim (example: jevil) you can make a comment but it must include "-OFFICIAL JESTER/CLOWN CHARACTER FANCLUB MEMBER" or whatever your rank is keep it related to jesters and clowns though (and maybe mimes on occasion but an admin of the fanclub said they stinki)
