Is the phrase "just my opinion" some new euphemistic way of saying "**** you, I say what I want"? Because it's super annoying and it doesn't do a thing to change your statement at all. The first problem with it is that you can use it on anything, for example I can tell you that I hate amateur artists and they could go to hell for all I care (this is not my true opinion, of course), and I can top it off with "it's just my opinion". Same with everything else. Second problem is that it's supposed be used to remind the other person to respect that person opinion, but it doesn't mean they can't say a thing opposing it. But yanno, it's just my opinion.
