hey guys guess what sadness doesn't equal depression oh boy, this again !! yay 1!! let's make this short. -depression can last hours, days, weeks and sometimes months. you being sad for like, an hour doesn't make it depression. there's also several symptoms that depression creates that isn't just sadness; like weight loss, feeling of emptyness, etc. -self-diagnosis does not mean you have it. it might help you find out, but just because a website says you might have it and you should talk to someone doesn't mean you do. online tests helped me discover my depression, but they didn't diagnose me. online tests helped me discover my anxiety, but they didn't diagnose me. online tests helped me discover that i might have bpd, but they didn't diagnose me. -if someone accuses you of faking depression, and you know you're self-diagnosed or not diagnosed by a doctor, chances are they could be right. smh this website
