I can help. So you need pads. And I recommend not using a tampon. They're not healthy... But their arw different sizes of Tampons for different amounts of blood. So, at first your period is gonna be really heavy and, you may cramps. Also, your gonna have QUITE a few mood swings. But closer to the end of your period, the blood will lighten up until the point where it stops. Then you just gotta wait a month until the next one. And for like, the first year, it'll be really confusing. But soon, it'll start being on like, a calender and you'll be able to know when your periods are going to happen! And I suggest you keep them on track
