Real life wasps are already quite frightening,but what happens when you make them nearly the size of a gorilla? You get the zinger, one of the most annoying Donkey Kong country enemies. Unlike most enemies, you can only kill it with a barrel, or by using animal buddies. Though they do appear in DKC 1, and an even bigger one that goes by the name Queen B, is the boss of world 3, In DKC 2, they went all out in the 4th world, "Krazy Kremland". In that world, there are massive beehive levels, that are more maze-like than most other levels. The zinger boss in this game, King Zing Sting, is much tougher, and you have to use the animal buddy Squawks to attack him.
