Look, I get, emotions hit you like a truck, they hit me hard too. But you have to be a little more sensitive about how other people feel. I understand that right now the world feels against you, but you need to take a moment and breath, look at things from a new angle, you might find something you never saw before.
Also, often people don't mean exactly what they say, there are a lot of people that say hurtful things because they themselves are hurt. Instead of being upset with them, reason that maybe something caused them to be like that. I know, you probably hear it all the time, but it is true. It's harder to do than to say, I know that from experience.
