Honestly I can't tween very well but I'd say create 2 or 3 layers when you're a beginner (new editor) at tweening like me. Also if you want the animation to be fast, animate objects farther apart (I'll probably do a tutorial) and if you want it to be slow, animate them closer together. I hope that made sense :/
