little tip, when starting out the animation, try making another frame for the start and end, to not make it seem stiff, try moving the eye just a little bit and then loop it. for the mouth don't make it seem like a seesaw. try to make it look more moveable, by not using the turn tool but making a new draing FOR the mouth. have you tried making layers for the iris INSTEAD of the mouth?
