this is a demon like creature who lurks in the shadows and stalks its "prey"/victims before brutally murdering them, BUT, he likes to torture the victim first, this includes cutting out their tongue, dissecting them while they're still alive, chopping off their limbs with it's scissor like limbs, or even removing their eyes, anything you could think of, he'll do, until the victim eventually dies from blood loss, in rps, if you think you see it in a shadowy dark corner,run, don't let him catch you, once he picks someone, he makes sure they're gone before they can tell about his disgusting habits, if you catch him in the act of torture, he'll be sure to make you next on his list (don't try to rp here, i won't respond to it, this is just so you guys know what he looks like :V)
