The lines are a little shaky. I’m guessing you draw with a mouse that causes that. I do enjoy the design. If I were to imagine miss Jackson it would look something similar to this. I actually do like it. You could use a little practice, especially with the shoes. This could be a winner!

Also I would have made her hair the same color as the rest of her body and just let the eyes be the contrast.
