gonna try explain how i did it 1. make the body on the paper/bg 2. make the head on a layer. 3. make another layer and draw the eyes (closed) 4. make another layer and draw the mouth. 5. make a new frame 6. move the head up, following with the eyes and mouth. 7. expand the mouth and make it all dark/black. 8. make a new frame 9. do the same as step 6. 10. expand the mouth with more black pencil or whatever idk hh 11. make a new frame 12. do the same as step 6 and 9, but instead you move it down. 13. dont expand the mouth. just tween. boom. hope i was clear enough.
