Lin Rai, the Thunder Devil, is an ancient being, possibly more ancient than the Dragon Kings. He is constantly trying to overthrow Long Shǎndiàn Kai, and take his place as the most powerful in the heavens. He values ambition and war, and is the Second King of Hell.
