this might just be a bad idea but just leave them, you never know how worse it will get stop giving them attention, dont talk to them, dont listen, dont answer, no nothing dont involve any interaction with them, it's for the better the less attention, probably the less theft, this attention is getting them to do it more leave them alone, whatever they're stealing, ignore that shit even if it specifically you end of discussion.
