LinkTalking about it over here because I don't want to seem like I'm attention seeking.
Within the last few weeks I've been "cutting" (more like aggressively scratching with a pencil because that's what I've got). In any case it's enough to turn into a gross scab/scar.
And my mom noticed the one on my arm and I told her I didn't know what it was from. Easy enough I guess. But in math class today I made another (smaller) cut next to the scar from the previous cut and I doubt I could say I don't know where it's from a second time.
I barely ever get hurt since I'm not physically active whatsoever.
It's not that I'm depressed or anything either. I mean, I doubt it at least. I do it when I'm bored or just really understimulated and feeling uninvolved or when I'm really anxious. (Such as right before a spanish test, when I made the first three).
Anywho sorry for being annoying, I know people probably won't even read this, but I guess I want to get it off my chest. Does anyone have any tips for stopping?

LinkIt's like a bad habit at this point. Like biting my nails (which I do A LOT)
I think maybe I need a stress ball or something to keep my hands occupied so I don't bite my nails or scratch my arms/legs.
