Austin got into heaven Because Well it's a long story but to make it short He was sent to hell Because of his greed and pride, those were his sins When Corey died he let all of that go, therefore he no longer had those sins to hold him down, and in turn redeemed himself All he had to do was forgive himself for what he did to corey, and he could have stopped being a demon at anytime And no, unless they themselves are an angel or demon, or some supernatural being as such, they cannot be seen unless contacted
