In out universe we are just normal people, and you are just a character drawn on a website called flipanim.com, however the possibility of another universe being out there that you're real, does exist. However we'll never know cause sooner or later a meteor is going to distroy our planet and our technology will be reset, like it had multiple times. But maybe if we're lucky, we'll make that possible and you'll exist on the same universe as us.
