i mean, for starters it is pretty good. i think that maybe you should use the paint ruler with some gray shading, and then it'd look pretty good and not look unfinished. try cleaning up the lineart a little bit, and attach some of the eyelashes. other than that, it looks pretty good. keep up the good work!
