I submerge under the water
The coldness seems to pierce my skin and nerves
I cry out in shock
But the water muffles my cry
I try to swim up
But my foot is trapped under the rocks
I swim in place
Drowning
I’m crying, but the water around me collects it
It’s unnoticeable here in my water prison
I kick,I scream, anything-
To be heard
But its like im a ghost
Im gagging
Im choking
Im DYING
I cry out again
I see a familiar face
They reach for me, about to fall into my prison…
I shake my head
I push them away
I smile at them
I helped them…
My smile grows
And I slip away
