Move your mouth to match the lip sync you could do smear frames but (IN MY OPINION) they're overrated, I prefer hand by hand frames. you could try making some private animations to test the speed of the frames and to test your ability to animate (I tried hhh, hope it goes well! :D)

hh ill try, personally i dont like smear frames and that's kinda why i changed the fps (cus im lazy)aaa but i hope they both turn out good, my animation meme is like 47 seconds fujnswikfrsn
