Raggy is a now ripped and stitched stuffed toy who resided in a dump of a very snowy town called Snowfrost. He learnt to make friends with the other broken and ripped toys in the dump. Now he resides with Flippy and his other friends. He always has a positive mindset and is very nice and kind. He's always polite and uses his manners all the time. He's fixed his friends' broken and ripped parts and helped them all find owners of their own.
