This is Lars, A human with a dragon infection, (I guess..?) something that gives you the qualities and powers of dragons. His infection (?) causes him to sometimes not be able to control his powers, which lead him to kill his sister, Lachlan. THE REST OF HIS STORY IS A SPOILER HUEHUEHUE
