LinkSo I have been struggling with my gender a lot recently. I've gone from non-binary to gender-fluid to now trans. So I'm a boy now! My name is Alex! When I came out to my mom, I wasn't expecting the response I got from her. When I came out as pan, she was totally chill with it. But when I told her I'm trans, she flipped out and told me that I am not and refuses to call me Alex or he/him. I came out to my teachers looking for a better response and some adult help and they really came through. I feel safer and more relaxed now in class. My language arts teacher has been such a big help!!! She even called me Mr.Alex!!! I'm not out to everyone yet and I'm taking it slow. Starting with dressing like a boy, being called Alex and being referred to with he/him pronouns!!! I felt like you guys were a safe and welcoming community so I'm telling you! Thank you!

E! Im so happy for you! I love your new name Alex!! Im personaly pan, but its good to see something new! I hope everyone will come to accept who you really are, even your mom. :) well, id better finish getting ready, but ill see you later! <3
THATs so cool! I have a couple of friends who wanna be trans but haven't really done anything about it. But im glad your happy and back now!
Be glad you don't go to a Catholic/Evangelical school, like myself. They aren't as accepting as they pretend to be. How would I know? For slightly different religious beliefs, and being a liberal instead of a conservative, I am hated. Public schools seem better with acceptance.
