Niiiice! I just sold all of my old town including pwps, houses, and upgraded builings (like shampoodle and club L0L) You get the option to do that if you decide to delete your town and have a lot of stuff. I gained i think 20,000,000+ from it (is that more than a million?)

I hated my old town because I had all my least favourite villagers incase ur wondering why i deleted it
