His only true opponent when becoming the best Guardian was Catt, and so after she left he took the title. He is a decent person, but will always put his job first no matter the situation. He was abandoned by his family after they learned of his ability of 'arctic wind'. The Guardians took pity on him, and let him go through the trials. 'Arctic wind' means that he can manipulate the air around him to make it extremely cold to the point where it will sometimes freeze, and can make large gusts of wind at will.
