they're calling me out infront of my dad like saying "are you okay" and im like "yeah im fine" and they keep pushing even when i said i dont wanna talk so yea
you do know that therapists are there to talk to you. If you just tell your therapist everythings fine, theyll notice that it isnt. theyre literally trained to notice. ask them to make your dad leave, because if he does leave they cant say anything to him about what you say unless it is an imminent threat to you or anyone else (ex: I am going to shoot up the school, I am going to kill myself).
Or, GET A DIFFERENT THERAPIST.
They're there to help, and you shouldn't be surprised that they aren't helping you when you won't let them do their job.
sorry, I get really heated about this because I may very well want to become a therapist one day and this ticks me off.
i never asked for therapy...so obviously im going to refuse their services because i don't want them. and ive been through the system before so i know what and what not they can tell my dad.if i choose not to talk thats my choice and it should be respected
IF YOU'RE NOT FINE, YOU SHOULD GET HELP. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. THEY'RE LITERALLY THERE TO HELP YOU STUCK-UP BRAINDEAD CHILD

cant even afford to get therapy
and to see you taking it for granted so hard

well thats cool but guess what im going to do what im doing and i will continue to decline therapy because I DONT WANT IT. i know some people cant afford it that need it but i cant do anything about that,just like you cant do anything about my situation...but thanks for your two cents anyway i hope you have a great day!
