Linki've never gone to a therapist before. i was diagnosed with depression/anxiety etc by a guy who came to my house after i threatened suicide, but i don't consider him a therapist i literally only saw him once
Okay,, I've been to therapy many times.
It's weird at first,, but once you warm up to the person you're talking to, it really helps.
