Link1. make a nose, it doesnt have to be realistic just a dot or a small line just something
2. when blocking out the eyes, make it scribble like instead of just a cloud
3. try to add more detail to the OC, like shading more

Don't make the shoulders the same length as the neck, And maybe make the head a little shorter, and I would say the hair needs more life instead of looking like a mask, Unless they have a ponytail, then that's fine :D
As in giving the hair more life, I mean like, Have it falling down maybe, not being stuck to the head.
And maybe give the head a little more shape, Instead of it being a circle type head.
