The only thing I can think of is laying cards, and a "12" of hearts might correspond to the queen.

Another note showed up at our door today. I went to go get the mail off the porch and it was there on top of my Amazon package. I guess this 12 person is grateful that we took their video camera. I'm not sure why. I wish I could send them a note telling them how much I like their old video camera. I'll try to keep you all updated on these notes and some life things, too!! =)
