LinkI just experienced some really bad sleep parallysis and it felt like something was trying to shove me off my bed. Every few seconds I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I'm shaking now.

LinkWell I don't have sleep paralysis but I have sleep anxiety and to add on stress so I either see things or just never sleep

LinkI sympathize for you.
I wake up to not being able to move or speak and sometimes seeing or feeling things, and its awful, and scary.
All I can do is breath intensely to get someones attention.

thankfully, I've never fully seen anything, just feeling things, and closing my eyes so I don't see it, cause the day I see some ****ing shadow creature, Is the day I swear off sleeping
