i'm a little stressed out and all.??

beginning:used to be funny and laugh all the time with my friends,used to be happy all the time and used to enjoy my life never had to worry about anything in my life but my friends and family. End:always getting headaches hardly eating,always mad or don't talk to my friends and get stressed out all the time I'm a nice person but I just don't feel like myself right now.
