Im trying to at least focus and do my math homework but it appears I cannot do things

I need someone to keep me focused and tell me what to do but it has to be someone I like or else ill do the opposite and I hate my brain

and I cant just call one of my friends over just to tell me to do homework and I dont like anyone I live with
