The colors scheme doesn't really match well Also is she suppose to be a princess or someone who is rich?

Too many different shades of the same colours. Maybe simllify the pallette?

Like, the bright red kind of clashes with the more mellow cooler blues and maroon-ish purple

Something about the coral-ish-orange-red colour just kinda doesn’t work with the other colours, make it a light shade of blue or purple maybe and it might be better.
